Our unique handicraft items are priced by the piece, not by weight, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change our prices and pricing practices at any time.  If a product is priced inaccurately we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for the product at the incorrect price.

 

 

We typically use UPS for International orders.  We reserve the right at our sole discretion to use other carriers.  As we have no control over the security of your home or post box, we assume no responsibility for shipments lost or stolen after delivery.  We also assume no responsibility for packages sent to incomplete or wrong addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

Our products are hand-crafted.  As such, there may be very modest variations among the pieces within each style in appearance, size, weight, and degree of antiquing and oxidation.  Please understand also that different computer monitors display the product images differently with regard to color and brightness.

 

 

Dewoart.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, modify pricing, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

 

 

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Dewoart.com regarding your true identity.  

 

 

We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible.  However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content, including product images, are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product purchased by you from Dewoart.com itself as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, and in accordance with our Return Policy.

By visiting and using Dewoart.com, and by purchasing its products, you agree that Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of jurisdiction.
