| Shipping Information |
When you place your first order, you will receive two notices, one from our payment processor ( 2CheckOut), acknowledging the detailed order information via a fulfillment email, and the other from Dewo Art, acknowledging the receipt of your order thereby sending you a copy of your detailed invoice.
In case you do not receive these notices, then it should be taken granted that your order was not registered into our system and it cannot be processed and shipped.
Within 2 business days you will receive our shipping notice, advising that your order has been shipped, and that you can expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days thereafter. We value each and every customer and we will do the best we can, to make sure your purchase from us goes smoothly. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
In case you contact us by email with all the details regarding the delivery that is taking longer than the shipping notice estimate, Dewo Art will immediately investigate the status of the order and contact you or reship the order again with no additional charges.
For express shipment we use UPS. Express shipment means that the consignment is traceable and can be tracked. During the entire stretch, it is possible to track the package, with the courier tracking number provided by the express shipment company. The courier tracking number is provided by Dewo Art, once your product is shipped. This facility helps you to keep a close-watch on the movement of your shipment, towards its final destination.
Information for International Customers
Customs, Taxes, Duties, Paperwork. Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes, duties, fees and any other assessments. The buyer is also responsible for completing any paperwork required of his or her government. Please do not ask us to provide false information on invoices to reduce your tax bill!
Proof of Identity. We reserve the right to ask for additional evidence of the buyer's identity, if we deem such information to be necessary. Please understand that we must impose this rule because of the very real problem of identity theft and fraudulent credit card purchases. We also reserve the right to ask for payment via a wiring if funds of your identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
