Return Procedure

If you are not satisfied with an item, we ask that you first contact Dewo Art with your concerns. 

No Exchanges

Sorry, no exchanges. 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product shipped to your address. If the product is already shipped to you, we apologize that you cannot cancel your order.

Cancellation Fee

A 10% restocking fee shall be charged for an order cancelled before shipping.  The purpose of this fee is to cover the finance charges we incurred when your order was placed, and then again when it is cancelled. 

Damaged Items 

Reports of damaged item must be sent within 48 hours after you received the product by phone or through our Contact Form. We will investigate about the damage item. If proven because of workmanship, we will reship the order with no additional charge. More than 48 hours, we are not responsible for the damage item.

Warranty

Dewo Art warrants all merchandise against defects in workmanship. We are not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage, whether accidental or deliberate.
